WebI love playing a Perception build in FO4. The go-to sniper build usually involves AGL and LCK. But Concentrated Fire and Sniper are great perks, as is Demolition Expert. So going with a high PER/AGL build can really change up combat. You can put a couple more points in Charisma early in the game, and pick up the Bobblehead.
