I restarted my computer and tried again. Same message. I uninstalled Sims3 and poked around for more files. Satisfied, I re-installed and redownloaded Sims 3. Bleh lol. My usual advice in these kinds of situations is to find a friend with a PC and decently high bandwidth who will let you download onto their machine in order to get the keys.
